강타, 정규 4집 타이틀 곡 ‘Eyes On You’로 로맨틱 감성 선사

[OSEN=지민경 기자] ‘레전드 감성 보컬리스트’ 강타가 신곡 ‘Eyes On You (야경)’(아이즈 온 유)로 로맨틱한 감성을 선사한다.

강타의 정규 4집 ‘Eyes On You’는 9월 7일 오후 6시 각종 음악 사이트에서 공개되며, 다채로운 장르의 총 10곡이 수록되어 있다.

이번 타이틀 곡 ‘Eyes On You (야경)’은 긴박한 드럼과 여유로운 스트링 사운드가 조화를 이루는 R&B 장르로, 둘만의 시간에서 느끼는 행복감을 야경 속 함께 추는 춤에 빗대어 표현한 가사가 인상적인 곡이다. 

특히 강타는 지난 8월 20일 개최된 ‘SMTOWN LIVE 2022 : SMCU EXPRESS @HUMAN CITY_SUWON’(에스엠타운 라이브 2022 : 에스엠씨유 익스프레스 @휴먼 시티_수원)에서 이번 타이틀 곡 무대를 선공개, 트렌디한 신곡 분위기와 어우러진 감각적인 퍼포먼스를 선보여 뜨거운 호응을 얻었다.

또한 강타는 “한국에서 이렇게 얼굴 마주하고 무대 하는 게 정말 오랜만이다. 방금 전 부른 곡이 오랜만에 내는 새 앨범 타이틀 곡인데, 이렇게 들려드리게 돼서 진심으로 기쁘다”고 소감을 전해 컴백 기대감을 끌어올렸다.

한편, 강타의 정규 4집 ‘Eyes On You’는 9월 7일 음반으로도 발매된다.

KANGTA comes back in 17 years with new studio album titled 'Eyes on You' next month

SEOUL, August 22 (Yonhap) -- Kangta is coming back on September 7, with his fourth studio album "Eyes On You," announced Kangta's agency SM entertainment on Monday. 
 
This upcoming album is a studio album, and it has been 17 years since Kangta's third studio album, as "Persona," was released in 2005. 

The fourth album contains 10 songs of various genres, including the title song of the same name as the album title.

"Eyes on You," the title track, is an R&B song with tense drum sounds and contrasting relaxed string sounds. It is an impressive song with lyrics that express the happiness felt in their time together, dancing in the night view.
 
Kangta performed "Eyes On You" for the first time at the SM Town concert held in Suwon on July 20.
 
Kangta said, "It has been so long since I performed in front of the audience like this," and added, "It's the title song of my new album after a long time, and I'm truly happy to perform it in front of the audience."
