날씨가 요즘처럼 더우면 운동하기가 쉽지는 않죠?
지금이라도 저랑 간단한 운동 한번 해보실래요?
진짜 간단합니다. 입을 천천히 크게 벌렸다가 다무는 거에요.
너무 간단한 운동이죠? 이렇게 입을 크게 벌렸다가 다무는 거
이것만 자주 해도 얼굴 윤곽이 비뚤어지는 걸 바로 잡는데
도움이 된다고 하네요.
효과를 보려면 빨리 하지 않고 천천히 하는 게 중요하구요.
혀끝을 입 천장에 대고 하면 더 좋구요. 한번 할 때마다 다섯번씩
하는 건데요. 평소에 잘 안쓰던 근육을 사용하게 되겠지요?
돈 드는 거 아니고 시간이 따로 필요한 거 아니니까 생각날 때마다
해보시면 좋겠네요.
흐흐..앞에서 손PD님이 하시는데.. 어 이게 같이 있는 분한테
좀 부담스러울 수 있긴 하겠네요. 고것만 빼면은 너무나 좋은 운동법입니다.
