여러분 건강은 스스로 잘 챙기고 계신가요?
요새는 뭐 젊은 사람들도 여기저기 아픈 데가 많은데요.
'병원 가기 전에 먼저 휴식, 즐거움, 절제 이 세가지를
의사로 삼아라' 이런 말이 있대요.

잘 쉬고, 즐겁게 생활하고, 모든 것을 적절하게 절제하다보면
병원 갈 일이 줄어들 거란 거죠?

그래요 잘 쉬고 즐겁게 생활하는 것까진 저도 잘 하는 것같은데
절제! 요거 필요합니다.
저도 술을 입에대면은 좀 많이 취할 때가지 먹는..절제해야 되겠죠.
주말에도요 휴식 즐거움 그리고 절제 이 세가지 기억 한번 해주시고요.
