혼자 방심하고 있다가 문득 거울을 보게 됐을 때 깜짝 놀라는 경우가 있어요.

'어? 내 표정이 이런가? 내 자세가 이렇구나' 내가 몰랐던 나를 보게 되는데요.
주로 그런 상황에서 보게 되는 내 모습은 무뚝뚝한 얼굴이거나 인상을 쓰고 있거나

자세가 꾸부정하거나 그다지 좋은 모습이 아닐 때가 많죠?
자신감 있는 표정을 짓는 것만으로도 자신감이 생긴다고 합니다.
눈 크게 뜨고 살짝 미소도 지으면서.. 흐흐 느끼하지 않게요..

이번 일주일 열심히 수고한 것에 만족하는 얼굴로 이 밤 마무리하시기 바랍니다.
