얼마 전에 어느 다큐 프로그램에 나온 얘긴데요.
얼만큼을 먹느냐 얼만큼을 운동하느냐 못지않게
얼만큼 자느냐 하는 게 다이어트에 아주 중요하다고 합니다.
잠을 조금 자면 피곤해서 살이 빠지지 않을까 생각하지만요
그렇지가 않습니다. 하루 수면 시간이 5시간도 안되면
아무리 피곤해도 살은 찌고요. 그렇다고해서 8시간이상
너무 많이 자도 살이 찐다고 하죠. 적당히 자야 되는 겁니다.
뭐 잠 뿐만 아니죠? 뭐든지 적당한 게 좋습니다.

아직 별밤 듣고 계신 거 보면 지금 바로 주무실것 같진 않아요.
음..아침에 또 일어나려면 1시쯤에는 주무셔야겠죠? 잘 주무시구요.
내일 기분 좋은 금요일 보내시구요.
