사람이 마음이 약해지면 슬퍼지는 일들이 많아진다고 해요.
평소 같았으면 그냥 지나칠만한 일들도 마음이 약해지다 보면
좀 더 자세히 느끼게 되구요. 그러다 보면 슬퍼질만한 일들을
찾아내게 된다는 거죠.

그래서 일이 잘 안풀린다거나 마음이 우울할 때는요 사람들에 대한
서운함도 많아지고 관계가 어긋날 때가 많아지고 그런 거 같습니다.
주변에 있는 사람들한테 서운한 감정이 든다면 그 건 그 사람들 탓이 아니라

내 마음의 문제가 있는 건지도 모르니까요 마음을 튼튼하게 마음의 건강을

한번 다시 챙겨보시죠.
