날씨 더워지면서 요즘 다이어트 하거나 운동하는 분들 많죠?
남녀노소할 것 없이 요즘은 다들 다이어트를 해야한다는 생각이
노이로제처럼 마음 한구석에 자리를 잡고 있는데요.

'삶의 질은 몸매와는 무관하다'라고 미국의 작가 제스 베이커는 말했죠.
살 좀 빼고 예쁜 옷 입어야지, 살 좀 빼고 친구들 만나야지, 살 좀 빼고난 다음에
뭔가를 하려고 지금 현재 상황을 즐기지 못하고 자꾸 미루지 말라는 충고처럼
자신감 있게 현재 내 모습에 만족하는 게 어쩌면 가장 행복한 오늘을 보내는
방법일지도 모르죠.

살 빼는 건 또 다시 내일로 미루고요. 오늘은 마음이라도 편하게 주무시기 바랍니다.
