나 자신에게 충실한 시간을 보내는 것이 중요하다.

혼자 있으면 시간을 대충 보낼 때가 많죠? 밥도 대충,
옷도 대충 입고, 자세도 그렇고, 하는 일도 그렇고..
혼자 있는 게 편하기도 하지만요 시간을 허투로 보내는
