요즘 컨디션이 다들 어떠신가요?
어느 물리 선생님은요 딸이 고민이나 걱정에 쉽싸여있을 때
지구본을 갖다 주면서 우주의 입장에서 내려다보라고 조언하셨대요.

지구본으로 보면요 미국도 중국도 한국도 다 조그맣죠.

그 안에 들어 있는 우리 모습은 더 작고 우리들 속에 있는 걱정 근심은

더 말할 것도 없구요.
안 좋은 생각 쪽으로 자꾸 빠져들어갈 때는요 한 걸음 떨어져서
우주에서 내려다보는 습관.. 오, 요거 괜찮은거 같네요.

제가 가끔 등산을 할 때 높은 산 정상에 올라가서 저 쪽 시내라던지
산 밑을 내려다볼 때 그런 생각하거든요? 저렇게 작은데 저 안에
저 작은.. 여기서 보이지도 않는 집 안에 난 살고 있고.. 근데 왜
그렇게 아둥바둥 저 작은 공간 안에서 그렇게 스트레스를 받고 살까란
생각을 가끔 등산할 때 해봅니다.
근데 우주에서 내려다보면 더 작아보이겠죠?
