이제 주말이잖아요? 주말을 게으르게 보낼 것인가
여유있게 보낼 것인가 결정하셨나요? 게으른 것과
여유있는 것..지금 들으시면서 갸우뚱 하셨을 수 있어요.
이게 차이가 없어보이는 느낌도 있죠?
어느 정신과 의사선생님이 쓴 글 중에요 게으름과 여유를
구분하는 방법이 있더라구요.
자기 할 일은 하면서 충분히 쉬는 게 여유있는 거구요.
할 일도 안 하면서 제대로 쉬지도 못하는 게 게으른 거라고 하네요.
이렇게 표현하니까 명확히 갈리네요.
할 일을 다하면서 충분히 쉬는 게 여유라면요 여유있게 사는 건
쉽지 않은 일이네요.
음..저는 뭐 그냥 평소 하던대로 좀 게으른 주말을 보내는게
맘 편할 거 같아요.
