요즘 여러분들은 뭐 때문에 제일 힘들고 괴로우세요?
매일매일 만나야하는 만날 수 밖에 없는 사람들이
아주 교묘하고 야비하고 치사하게 괴롭힌다면 그건 정말
너무 괴롭죠. 사람 때문에 괴로운 게 제일 힘들긴 합니다.
그런데요 우리를 괴롭히는 것들은 대부분 현실보다는
상상이라는 얘기도 있어요. 현실적으로 딱 내 눈 앞에
벌어지는 일들도 있지만요 미리부터 상상하고 추측해서
더 괴로울 때도 많거든요. 다른 건 다 부지런히 해도 되지만요
걱정만큼은 부지런해지지 마세요.
머리를 최대한 비우시구요 두 다리 쭉 뻗고 주무시는
월요일 밤이 됐으면 좋겠습니다.
