많은 분들이 좋아하는 소설가죠? 김영하 작가.
이 분이 쓴 어느 산문집에 보면요.

우리 사회는 자기 스스로 느끼기보다는
남들이 어떻게 생각하는지 더 많이 신경쓰고
관심을 갖고 있다고 합니다.
남들이 무슨 생각을 하고 어떻게 반응하는지
그런 거에 신경쓰기 보다는요 나 자신에게
자주 물어보라고 하죠. 나는 지금 무엇을
어떻게 느끼는가?

네, 남들 신경쓰지 말구요.
내 감정에 대해서 자주 체크할 필요가 있죠.
내 인생은 나의 것이니까요.

내일도 각자 인생 좋은 쪽으로 흘러갈 수 있게
노력하기로 하구요.
