소설가 Mark Twain이 그런 말을 했다고 하죠?
습관이라는 건 그냥 당장 내다버릴 수 있는게 아니라
잘 구슬러서 한단계 한단계 올라가야 하는 것이다.

새해도 됐고 2월도 됐고 하니까요 잘못된 습관을
고치고 싶다는 생각 많이 하실텐데요. 하루 아침에 안되죠?
천천히 적응하고 한단계씩 바뀔 수 있게 내 마음과 몸을
살살 달래가면서 변화를 추구해야겠죠?

음..올 봄에는 작년 봄하고 다른 모습이 되어 있을까요?
어떨까요? 한번 기대해 보기로 하구요.
